REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At DenimCollective, we strive to provide the highest quality apparel. We understand that sometimes an item might not perfectly meet your expectations, which is why we have established a transparent and fair return policy.
1. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy worldwide. This period begins on the date your order is successfully delivered by the carrier.
2. Eligibility Requirements
For clothing and denim items to be eligible for a return, they must strictly meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. We will not accept garments with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), makeup stains, or any signs of wear.

Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging with all brand tags fully attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.
3. Sizing & Personal Preference
Because we provide detailed sizing guides and fit recommendations prior to purchase:

Fit and Sizing: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or sizing errors if the sizing recommendations were not followed.

Note for EU consumers: Please refer to Section 7 regarding your statutory right of withdrawal.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product entirely:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error must be attached to your email.

Once verified, DenimCollective will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following in your email:

Your order number.

A detailed reason for the return.

Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Important: Do not send any packages back without our prior written authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you reside within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Returned items must still comply with the condition and hygiene requirements outlined in Section 2.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for the following:

Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

Gift cards.

Customized or made-to-order items.

Products showing any signs of use, wear, or washing.
9. Exchanges
Due to high stock rotation, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
10. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

We will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
