At DenimCollective, we proudly ship our premium denim and apparel worldwide. Please review our shipping practices and timeframes below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During highly anticipated drops, sales, or peak seasons, processing may be slightly delayed due to a high volume of orders. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Worldwide Shipping Times

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12–14 business days worldwide (after the processing period).

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

    • The destination country.

    • Customs clearance procedures.

    • Local postal service efficiency.

    • Unforeseen weather conditions or external factors.

  • All provided delivery times are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, DenimCollective is no longer responsible for:

  • Transit delays caused by the courier.

  • Delays due to customs processing.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence or unverified addresses.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a shipment is returned to our facilities due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified address information provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be entirely responsible for any additional reshipping costs required to send the package again.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These additional charges are strictly the responsibility of the customer and vary significantly depending on local laws. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately at 📧 denimcollectivesupport@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you in filing a formal claim with the shipping provider.

  • Stolen Packages: DenimCollective is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once the carrier marks the delivery as "Confirmed" or "Delivered" to the address provided.
